The Carolina Sapphire Arizona Cypress is the most drought-resistant evergreen available, and it tolerated heat and drought like no other plant can. It grows into a charming open tree, with layered branches and lacy, silver-blue foliage that billows in the wind. It will grow to about 30 feet tall, and puts on lots of growth when young – up to 2 feet a year. It is ideal for windbreaks, screens, and as a specimen tree.
