Emerald Moon Boxwood

The Emerald Moon™ Boxwood is the brightest and most cheerful of all the boxwoods, with its glossy leaves boldly edged with a broad, irregular margin of white. It grows naturally into a rounded bush that will in time exceed 5 feet tall and wide, or it can be trimmed into low hedges, cones or balls. It adds a great splash of brightness to your garden, as an accent, at the corners of beds, as a cheerful hedge, or in pots and planters.

The Emerald Moon™ Boxwood grows easily from zones 6 to 8, in full sun or partial shade. It will tolerate bright full shade too, but not the deep shade beneath evergreens. The soil should be well-drained, and moist, richer soils suit it best. It has moderate drought resistance, but regular watering and fertilizing will give the best results and the most vigorous growth. Pests and diseases are normally not serious on well-grown plants, and deer usually ignore this plant.
