If you have changed your mind about wanting a particular item, please notify us within 7 days. We will offer store credit, on a one time basis, provided the item is shipped back to us. Return shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer; not The Tree Center. 

Returns are eligible only within 7 days of delivery and are only eligible for store credit of an equal amount. Your order must be delivered to us in the same condition in which we shipped the product. Products that are not in re-sellable condition will not be granted a claim. Additionally, store credit will be issued only after receipt of your products by The Tree Center.

Due to the living nature of plants, returns are at the discretion of The Tree Center.
