Returns & Refunds

How do I return my order?

The Tree Center requires all returns to be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving your order. We do not need to receive them within 7 days but they do need to be shipped back within 7 days. The Tree Center does not cover the cost of returning an order and is at the customer’s expense. You would need to bring your order to your preferred shipping provider and follow their instructions from there. A store-credit refund will be issued after your return has been received and checked by The Tree Center. The Tree Center does not provide cash refunds. The store credit issued will be based on the full retail price of the returned products in your order. The Tree Center does not reimburse any shipping costs. Only the product and associated warranty cost will be eligible for store credit. 

If you have returned your order, but not received a refund, please submit a ticket to our support team and make sure to provide the tracking information given to you by your shipping provider. Make sure you have allowed a few days for your items to be shipped back to us. You can confirm whether your return has been delivered by checking your tracking information.

When will I receive my refund?

Please allow 1-3 business days after we have received your order for us to process your refund. Confirmation of your refund will be sent to you via email using the email provided when you placed your order.

What’s your return policy?

If you have changed your mind about your order, or just about wanting a particular item, please initiate a return to us within 7 days from when it was delivered to you. We will issue store credit after your return is shipped back and received by The Tree Center.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer sending the return; not The Tree Center. 

Returns are eligible only within 7 days of delivery and are only eligible for store credit of an equal amount. Due to the living nature of plants, returns are at the discretion of The Tree Center.
