The Emerald Mound Honeysuckle is a broad, mounding deciduous shrub that grows no more than 3 feet tall, but can soon be 6 feet across. In late May pairs of butter-yellow and white flowers with prominent stamens grow from the base of every leaf. These are followed by August or September by pairs of small, bright red berries. Easily grown even in new urban gardens, it is ideal for filling spaces in beds, edging and making low dividing hedges and borders within your garden.
