Pink Sunblaze® Rose - Tree Form

With the Sunblaze® roses you have superb smaller bushes that are ideal for smaller gardens or spaces, and also work fantastically well in pots. We had our growers place these great bushes on short trunks, raising them up to 3 or 4 feet tall, so they can be admired and enjoyed more easily. In this tree form they look spectacular in pots, and are perfect for a terrace, patio, porch or even on a balcony – grow roses without even having a garden! The Sunblaze® Pink Rose Tree is an outstanding variety, with gorgeous deep pink blooms with lighter-pink centers. 2 inches across, the many-petalled blooms are carried in clusters of up to 5 blossoms at the end of every branch, making a gorgeous, bright display. Blooming from early summer right into the fall, you will enjoy color and beauty month after month – no other shrub is so prolific in bloom as a modern rose bush. The deep green foliage is slightly glossy and darkly colored, making the perfect backdrop to the bright pink blooms. With good tolerance to rose diseases, your sprayer will gather dust at the back of your garden shed, making this an easy, trouble-free rose to grow.

Grow your Sunblaze® Pink Tree Rose in full sun, or you will see fewer blooms. It enjoys a rich, moist, but well-drained soil and does well in heavy soils like clays too. Add plenty of compost or rich organic materials when planting. To grow in a container, blend 3 parts of potting soil with 1 part of garden soil. Don’t forget to feed regularly with liquid rose food when growing in pots. Prune in spring, removing thin and weak branches completely, and shortening back by about half the stronger ones. Leave a framework off sturdy branches that will soon fill out with new shoots.
